Bad service from Billing.

I have been with Hostking for more than a year. I was paying R 29-00 per month for hosting my website. Febuary is the only month that i received an invoice for R 48-00. I queried this and they took 2 weeks to reply. The reply from Amy Klein was - they have not had an increase and i am on an outdated package. NO warning was ever given to me and this explanation is just pathetic.

I am moving to Bisnet now - paying the same amount as before.

The service from Hostking is much to be desired for. They were good at one stage and then the wheels fell off.

I am highly annoyed at the utter lack of professionalism and business etiquette.
