No Service / Bad Service / Late Response

HostingReseller is an ISP that many people have their domains with, however a couple days ago one of their servers went down with my 3 domains on, they haven't bothered to come forward and answer my calls as to when the problem will be rectified, they told me by this afternoon the technicians will have the server online, and i still don't have access to any of my emails or domains for that matter, the 2 people responsible for registering the company still don't answer their phones, they DON'T provide a 24 hour service which is unprofessional in a hosting enviroment, so when the day is over, they don't take any calls and just go home while i wait for my domains to just magically appear online, I'm very frustrated and I haven't received good service from them in the past couple of days as well, the technical team took 2 days to get back to my email, at which it's far too late, how can you have a 99.9% uptime when you're down twice this year? that's just not right!!!
