From Good to Worse

<p>When i first started using them for my domains, they were very helpfull and lovely people to talk to, over the past few years the service has gotten bad, very, very bad. To start off with, When they decided to do maintenance on their servers, they didn't let any of their clients know, so since i was providing a service and using HostingReseller, my clients were screaming at me, which is not very professional of a hosting company to do so, I only get invoiced when they feel like invoicing me, when I wanted to transfer my domains over to another service provider, they did a mess up job of that because they didn't transfer it properly, so it was floating only somewhere, next i asked a few questions related to my account, and gave them more than enough time to respond of which i still haven't had a response for, that has been a good few months now, next i ask them to suspend my account for 2 months, which they haven't bothered to reply to that mail either,and that was about a month ago, finally i asked them to just cancel my account, that email was sent to support as well as accounts department and yes you guessed it, no reply either! I just want to cancel my account as soon as possible which is proving to be rather difficult and highly upsetting! This is not the service i signed up for!</p>
