Hostgator Africa Has Vanished!!

Good Day,<br> <br> I had a website hosted by Wozaonline. I made the $12 payment for my website to be moved to Hostgator. I was given access to their control panel to design my website and I publish it so that it reflects on the Internet. My website is now compete but I doesn't come up on any Internet searches. I only get an error message saying that my website does not exist. I have sent numerous emails to their support departments and also their sales for their Africa division that all come back as undelivered. I emailed their mother company in the US and they referred me to the Africa division which seemingly doesn't exist anymore. So what do we do or where should all the Hostgator customers who chose to transfer the domains to Hostgator from Wozaonline in South Africa go for assistance? I paid for a hosting of a website, hosting that I still don't have. I feel really cheated by this Hostgator!!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Ntsike
