Clueless

Transferred my domain from GoDaddy and it has been a nightmare. I enquired before the transfer about email forwarding. I was told that it would be included. I was not told that it was limited to 10 addresses. After the transfer, they are unable to get the email forwarding services to work even for the 9 that I loaded in their system. They keep on wanting me to change DNS settings for the addresses but the domain is with them now and they should be able to sort it out. No luck. Be wary of this service provider.
