After countless service tickets and interactions with various agents, it was Zolani who finally nailed the problem. My email issues, caused by a Telkom IP address block, had been a nightmare but Zolani’s dedication and expertise turned the experience around.

It was reallly refreshing and an absolute delight to deal with someone so helpful and committed. Zolani not only resolved the issue but did so with integrity and consistency, making a difficult situation far more bearable.
