worst experience ever of any service
This is the worst hosting platform ever, I've literally wasted so much of my money and time (months) trying to make all my services work with limited support and transparency, this is my first ever review and I am in tears

I'm so sorry it has been such a frustrating one for you. This is not what we like to hear. We are normally known for our epic support and easy-to-use platform.
Unfortunately, being a Reseller to provide your own hosting is quite technical and requires hosting expertise to manage successfully. It is the responsibility of reseller to manage their set up and clients, we merely offer the platform and services at discounted price.
Having said this, our support still made regular effort to promptly resolve every one of your tickets over the past 10 months, even when it fell outside of the support scope for resellers. We also created several Knowledgbase articles to help guide resellers step by step, that we furnished you with. I'm sorry you still feel this way after the resources and support we gave you.
