Web Hosting Support Team Greatly Helpful to Designers!

I have been with Host Africa for many years now and I would like to say that they have always given premium support and are always ready to help. Which is a greatly important factor when choosing a web host. This morning I have submitted a ticket to the support team, to ask for assistance with an issue on the Cpanel that I've been battling with for some time, and within a few minutes, Ryno from the Support team corrected the issue and messaged back to say what was causing the problem. This is really helpful! And this type of support is much appreciated especially for Web Designers who are busy with certain design tasks and may not understand what error had occurred on the hosting, and why. In the past I have also encountered certain issues on the Cpanel, and with their guidance, the issue was not only corrected, but they also told me what was causing the error and how it is corrected, so that means I could also get to learn, and understand how to correct certain issues, pertaining to web hosting. Host Africa, is highly recommended. And I am truly grateful to Ryno from the support team as well.
