Very sharp, very helpful.

I am a new client, and originally got a little grumpy with their methods of communication, which seemed somewhat impersonal as they use some automated systems. Then I picked up a real problem with my Outlook email set-up, and needed urgent personal attention. Thurston was a superstar. He was very understanding, patient with my limited technical skills, and really went out of his way to assist.

30 mins later my problem was solved, and the grumpiness was history, replaced with huge relief and a big smile. The automated systems may therfore seem impersonal at first, but I now understand that this is their way of ensuring that no queries fall through the cracks, causing unhappines. Very effective. Great work.
