My IP was blocked due to my multiple wrong tries to configure my IDE with wrong details. I logged a ticket on the website and i was attended to within 5 minutes. after submitting my info to check if i'm the owner, i was back online in an instant.

Support is definitely second to none. Also, 5 month customer, havent had any downtimes yet.
