Automated suspension threat after upgrading packages , frustrating system mismatch

Good afternoon

I am highly frustrated with the automated billing and package handling at Host Africa. I recently upgraded my website plan from the R99 package to the AI Website & Blog R29 package specifically because the original plan lacked the Fragrance Template I required for my business.

Despite processing this upgrade, my website builder dashboard continues to show the old R99 package as active. Because of this system glitch, I have now received an automated email from Host Africa threatening to cancel my domain without my instructions.

It is completely unacceptable that a paying customer trying to use your upgraded services faces domain cancellation because your back-end dashboard fails to sync correctly after an upgrade. I need customer support to manually intervene immediately, remove the obsolete R99 profile from my account, and ensure my domain remains active under the new AI Website & Blog package.
