Support Line does not work!
It is impossible to call Host Africa for support. The IVR moves me from number 1 to number 2 in the queue continuously, and nobody answers. I need support urgently, but cannot get hold of anyone. I have submitted a ticket, but would really like to speak to a human as I have so many questions.
