I was so frustrated when I did not know how to use the system and I send an email for cancellation. Within 48 hours, I recived a call from one of the Host Sfrica representative asking me the reason why I wanted to cancel my account. After sharing my frustrations, he was able to assist me set up my account and taught me all the steps that i need to take when I am on the site. I will be creating my website shortly and my business will reach places! I am excited.
