Rapid & Great Technical Support - From an ex-host
I used to be a web host but because of rising server costs and inflation in my country it became difficult to have a profitable business with reasonable costs to my customers. I was in a dilemma, because I needed a company that has great and reliable support.
By coincidence, most of my domains where being hosted by EAC Directory and I saw a notice that Host Africa bought this company. When I gave it a shot, the support was quite rapid and fantastic. I was happy to learn that my servers were using the same outbound SPAM provider so I would expect the least interruption of service when migrating my customers.
Special thanks to Krishna P. who executed numerous tickets in less than 10 minutes to migrate domains and hosting accounts to my client's accounts. You're stellar support is the reason, Host Africa is a reliable host! Also worth mentioning some of Krishna's colleagues: Kandice D, Victor O whom have support me really well! I am eternally grateful for a smooth transition!
