Quick Query Resolve
I am pleased with the assistance I received from Zolani, prompt and efficient. I was on the queue for a number of minutes though, but once the agent picked up, I was able to recieve proper help. The waiting time is what took away the one star, on what would otherwise have been a 5 star service (overall)
