Phenomenal Customer Service

They say, "First Impressions last", and I must say that holds true. I recently acquired hosting with Host Africa and I encountered an issue regarding that 'possible DNS conflict' given the fact that I had one of my add-on domains' DNS (in the new server) refusing to register, giving the error that the domain is alredy existing within the relevant DNS cluster. Bear in mind the domain name in question was used as a primary domain of my previous hosting with a company from abroad. I deleted the DNS records from the previous server, even flushed the DNS, gave propagation a chance, but still I got an error. That is when I decided to open a support ticket on the new server and it took them literally 43 minutes to respond to the ticket and subsequently solve the problem. The staff member who was at the 'helm of it all' is Mr Zolani Matsolo.
