My honest review
Very happy with the billing team.
The support team responds promptly but unfortunately they don't always attend the query properly. For example I enquired warning emails about SSL certificates that were due to expire. I was informed that the certificates would renew automatically and that I should dismiss the emails.
This was not the case so my website turned into a full page security warning because the certificate did in fact expire and not renew automatically. Support had the opportunity to avoid this when I proactively enquired. (minus 1 star for this)
I had to resend some questions to ensure everything is attended to. Sometimes their answers make it seem that they didn't investigate properly or suggest a workaround instead of a real solution. For example the database server goes down to make a routine backup and that's just how it is. This was never the case with previous providers. (minus 1 star for this)
