I opened a ticket (#473985) with my hosted server regarding an SSL certificate incorrectly expiring. Vivian was extremely helpful in resolving the issue, even to the point of ensuring the certificate was renewed, and installed on the server. Feedback on the ticket and telephone calls kept me in the loop at all times. Great Service!!
