I had some difficulty with launching a domain and the support team was very helpful in assisting me with my query. There is a waiting period for the changes to take effect, so I cannot confirm that all's sorted quite yet, but I can confirm that they were quick at finding the fault and offered to fix the issue on their side, which is a lot better than sharing instructions on how to resolve the issue. I'm very happy with the feedback I've received.
