I had an issue which required technical expertise for email/outlook/port setup as my system was rejecting the port numbers provided upon creating the email account. Apparently the smtp port I used wasn't secure but without taking time at all, Zolani checked my credentials with HostAfrica and guided me on what could be the issue.
