I am so happy I switched to Host Africa!

I switched to Host Africa at the beginning of May, after a series of terrible experiences with my previous host. It's been less than a month, but I am already blown away by Host Africa's superb service.

I have had various small issues in transferring websites across from my previous host. This is my first time using a reseller package, and the support team at Host Africa have been so prompt (and patient) in replying to tickets, trying to understand my problems and providing solutions.

One of their team actually called me to help sort out some settings over the phone (unheard of nowadays!).

Would 100% recommend Host Africa to anyone looking for great service.
