HostAfrica - Steady progress to Excellent Service.

Normedia.co.za was with Ample Hosting since 2009 and have grown used to their service. After Host Africa took over there was a period of adjustment, which I guess is normal, and there were some hiccups.

But after going through some teething problem I have to say that the service levels have and are getting better, and am pleased to say that once I got used to some new processes and operations of the system (which was not changed that much) all seems to be running quite smoothly of late.

So well done to both Ample Hosting and HostAfrica for maintaining good quality service through he merger transition. I wish you all the best and I plan to stick with you guys as long as we can grow together. Keep up the good work.

Maybe some special attention and even dedicated account managers for long standing clients could be implemented where we can deal with one trusted person would be a great idea moving forward. It would make the service that much better.

I would give 5 stars, but there is always room for improvement, and I believe if you continue making your clients and serving your priority, one day will will come back and award 5 stars.
