HOSTAFRICA service excellence
I'm thrilled with the service that I receive from HOSTAFRICA. Being a business owner who is ever so slightly technologically challenged, it's so good to know that I can always count on my service provider to walk alongside me, ready and waiting to assist me with my problems. I don't have a dedicated IT person in my employ as we're a small business but it feels like I have my very own IT guru looking after my best interest. All the HOSTAFRICA staff that I've dealt with are knowledgeable, professional and always eager to assist no matter how many times I ask the same question. They truly go the extra mile in ensuring that I can focus on my business while they work on solving my problems. I gladly, and without hesitation, rate HOSTAFRICA full marks.
