HOSTAFRICA - ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING - Service Above & Beyond

You never know how good a suppliers service is going to be until the pawpaw hits the fan. I decide late March to move away from a US based service provider to SA due to latency issues and broken undersea cables. HOSTAFRICA undertook to move my 15+ commercial domains and websites across for me as I lacked the technical knowledge to do it myself.

Unfortunately at that point, for a wide variety of reasons, not all under Hostafrica's control , everything became unstuck. Websites and emails failed, clients were screaming blue ****** and it was not pleasant.

That's when HOSTAFRICA stepped up their game ...working ridiculously late hours well into the early hours of the morning online with me to resolve the issues and incompatibilities between where I had been to where I moved to. In a relatively short time they identified the issues and resolved them with constant feedback and professionalism.
