Host Africa, you are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst host service provider I have ever patronised in my 12 years of being a web designer. Their interface looks so bad, especially when you need DNS info. For some reasons best known to host africa, I am also not able to log in back to my cpanel after i bought my domain from them. They claim to send some hopeless 2-authetication code to my email and it has been over 48 hours of consistent tries. Yet, I have not received any code and I am unable to access the domain that i bought. This is now causing me to lose my client. I have contacted them and I got a some hopeless ticket number. Since yesterday, I have heard nothing. So what now ? that is how lose client, time, money and domain?????????????? Host Africa, you are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
