Host Africa does not understand international privacy laws.
Host Africa does not understand international privacy laws.
One of my servers 'lost' its windows activation.... While its great that the support team are willing to 'just jump onto the box...' This violates client data privacy...
So, I will need to have the box rebuilt elsewhere...
Frustrating, costly and time consuming. Had I known, I would not have used them.

As discussed in the ticket this is not an HOSTAFRICA issue and rather a Microsoft issue. We have reviewed all the options and the only option at this point is to fix the issue from inside the server.
