Greatest Customer Experience
I have always receive great services from my Internet Service Provider. I have recently been in contact with Joanne from the Bill Department. I wanted to express gratitude and share my experience I recently received from her.
I had a bit of personal difficulties since the beginning of the month and I was able to work. My first outreach to her was amazing till this the level of professionalism and awesome customer care experience has been beyond my expectations. Another reason that makes I am happy is that she has went the extra mile to make sure that she helps.
