I recently registered a domain with Host Africa I experienced some technical difficulties setting up my mail accounts, thanks to Host Africa team namely Tinashe, very professional in conduct, took me through step by step, pin pointed where the problem was and resolved it in no time, I was able to do my set up. It was brilliant. That it what is called support.
