Great Hosting Company

I would rate them a 4.5 in general. I have been using HA for some time now for my company (more than 1 year), using the light speed reseller hosting and have about 32 total domains with them. Their services and support are great, but there is room for improvement, such as fast responses with accurate solutions as sometimes issues need to be addressed fast. I have also tried to call in November and did not get through to someone … other than that, I am satisfied and will be staying with HA. I recently had an issue today as well as a couple of days ago, Amandeep has helped me with that and my issues has been resolved fast. Thank you
