Fast, friendly and helpful help
I recently had a good experience with my internet host provider HOSTAFRICA and wanted to share it. I have had problems with my email for months now and asking around for help. Somehow I did not think it was not something that they could help me with, but I should have asked their help sooner and it would have saved me a lot of frustration.
As soon as I sent an enquiry, the friendly staff were on it and with constant and prompt communication to me could sort it out within a few hours. When the problem presented again because of some outside problem, I made contact again and it was quickly done with again. Thanks to the technical team for fast and efficient response and helping when I had no idea what to do.
