Excellent service provider for small businesses

I dont like the fact that they no longer handle queries telephonically because talking to a support agent helps resolve issue faster and the message is relayed a lot clearer in a conversation when you are not a web developer but manage your own website. Despite this I consistently receive fast and efficient responses if I am able to decipher the technical language.
