EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SALES AND MANAGEMENT

Our business has several hosting packages with HOST AFRICA and this is a follow up to a previous review done on a said customer care consultant at Host Africa by the name of Kandice D whom we had the pleasure of dealing with. As mentioned previously, this individual epitomizes the very essence of what true customer care and/or support truly means. She demonstrated an outstanding understanding of any and all the questions that I had but was proactive enough to be able to not only suggest the most efficient and/or cost effective solution to the mentioned questions but took the time to actually follow upon several calls that I had made as our business has a couple of business solutions presently with Host Africa! Incredible work ethic by Kandice and then followed up by her immediate supervisor who not only was extremely professional and/or courteous but actually followed through as a leader! Well done to the team at Host Africa...considering that the World is evolving constantly, Kandice and her entire team of HOST AFRICA Consultants assisted us in getting our new venture off to the most amazing start possible and I cannot compliment her and the team enough. HOST AFRICA - You get my vote and our procurement departments have been advised to consider elevating your status to "preferred" in any and all ventures that we may now embark both as a Company but also as a Group of Companies!
