Had the pleasure of dealing with a customer care consultant at Host Africa by the name of Kandice D. This individual epitomizes the very essence of what true customer care and/or support truly means. She demonstrated an outstanding understanding of any and all the questions that I had but was proactive enough to be able to not only suggest the most effective and/or cost effective solution to the mentioned questions but took the time to actually follow up on several calls that I had made as our business has a couple of business solutions presently with Host Africa! Incredible work ethic by Kandice and then followed up by her immediate supervisor who not only was extremely professional and/or courteous but actually followed through as a leader! Well done to the team at Host Africa...considering that the World is evolving constantly, change is the only constant and one of the biggest differentiators that separate the competitiveness of markets is EXCELLENT AND HANDS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
