Efficient, Expedient and Clear Assistance in Resolving a Login Issue

I would like to commend Zolani M for his professionalism and input in assisting me with re connecting to my email account. Besides his friendly demeanor, at one point the call dropped for whatever reason and I was worried, yet Zolani phoned me back very promptly and stayed with me throughout the finalization of my issue. He is most definitely knowledgeable, willing to assist, and ensured that my problem was resolved before we ended our communication.
