Dismissed by Host Africa

Very disappointed with Host Africa. Their AI website builder has serious glitches, and after 3 redesigns in one week, support emailed to say I must fix it myself.

The website has serious glitches , the spacing on the "About Us" section is completely off, images are misaligned, and there is a critical bug where updating "Home" changes "My Story" as well. The system also has a caching issue where new updates don't show.

This is unacceptable, if it's an AI system glitch from their side, the client should not be left to fix it alone. I need urgent technical assistance to resolve this.

What is most frustrating is how customers are treated. When you pay for a service and the problem is clearly a technical glitch from their own AI system, you expect support, not to be dismissed. Instead of taking ownership and assisting, they shift the entire burden back to the customer. It feels like once they have your money, you are on your own.

Currently my website is not professionally done because of these unresolved glitches. The layout is broken, spacing is off, and images are misaligned, which makes my business look unprofessional to customers and it is already published.
