Cool, Calm and Professional Support.
Calm & Collected support. They can tolerate rude clients and simply keep their service standard at the highest level. I was quite rude when experiencing some errors, that we later discovered were not their fault. Yet, they continued to be kind, professional ... and damn quick! Well done guys ..& girls!
