Brilliant Support and Service

I've hosted websites and servers with quite a few companies in the past. Reliability is key for me. HostAfrica has so far been the best with support, service and even going the extra mile.

I switched to HostAfrica after my previous hosting company has an infrastructure problem, which caused my server to need a major repair. That company point blank refused to assist.

I contacted HostAfrica and explained the situation. As I opted for a self-managed VPS, I knew that once the server has been provisioned, I would have a lot of work to do to get everything running again. The support agent that assisted me that evening, went out of his way to get everything set up for me, exactly how I needed it.

Since then, whenever I had any type of problem, be it technical or billing related, HostAfrica has always come to the party to ensure that my business can keep running smoothly.
