Best Hosting Company ever

What a wonderful experience with Host Africa. I am using them as a hosting server provider for a few years now. They are always there to help no matter what. I accidentally truncated a database table on one of my customers database. Yes you heard me. I did it. It was the wrong table. So the application was not working and an entire company of several hundreds of people could not work. In fact, this company was going to go down if I could not restored the table. I also had no backup plan for them. I then logged a ticket with host Africa, and the technician was very friendly and calm. He understood the issue, and within about an hour, he came back with a solution. He had a backup for me. He supp**** me with the relevant sql scrip, and i successfully restored the table. So lets just think about this. I had no backup plan, yet they were able to provide me with a backed up table. What else are they doing that is going to help me in the future? They are the best hosting provider in South Africa. Thank you very much Host Africa. You saved an entire company from going down.
