Best customer support of a hosting provider I have experienced!
I am attempting to start my own web development company. I have my first client and signed them up with another host provider. However, I had so much bad experience with that provider that I decided to change hosting providers thus I contacted about 4 or 5 other hosting companies so that I could decide which one I will choose. HostAfrica came back to me the quickest (on a Sunday) and I was able to ask a lot of questions which they answered in less than an hour at most, whereas with the previous provider they did not resolve my issue for a week an a half. Also, the domain transferral was fast and all issues resolved in less than 24 hours. I am very happy I chose to transfer the domain HostAfrica!
