I was looking to make a domain transfer from another service provider to Host Africa. After having had difficulties to complete the task online, I made a call to ask for assistance. I was given instructions to follow, and everything was coming together. What I appreciated the most is that the consultant called me back a few days later to make sure I'm well setup in my new domain and whatever was not okay, he assisted further to correct it.
