Assistance with email

I wanted to cry today, our website and email was set up with host africa all the datils given was checked and it didn't load on our laptop's etc. I got a ticket for support, Zolani assisted me as soon as he got it on his said and assured me he wouldn't stop until he sorted it out for me. He did he helped me out with out complaining about my issue even when I made Typo's he kept cal. What a gem to the company thank you Zolani
