Horrible service no refunds

Do NOT do business with this company. They took a my breakage deposit for a holiday rental in Pearly Beach. Their terms and conditions are refund within 7 days of depature. I have spent numerous hours on the phone. No management present at all. Four weeks waiting for your money is just not acceptable. I have tried and tried and been very patient but nothing!!!
