I want my money back!

I absolutely did not enjoy any aspect of the service because my trip was canceled last minute and there was no communication regarding such action and the cause of it. This resulted in me having to purchase another ticket with another travel agency, which was unplanned resulting in a financial setback. I've been promised a refund but all other parties, busbud included, remain silent on the matter. I still haven't received it even now and my trip was supposed to be on the 21st of Feb and still nothing, I'm very upset about this.
