Hope diamond

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent bus trip I booked from Queenstown to Johannesburg.Before purchasing my ticket, I was informed that the bus would depart Queenstown at 9:00 PM and arrive in Johannesburg at 6:00 AM. However, the bus only departed at 9:35 PM.Shortly after departure, the bus stopped at a garage for 10 minutes, drove for about an hour, then stopped again on the side of the road. Later, we waited at another garage for diesel to be delivered by another bus.At the time of writing, we are stopped at Ventersburg at 6:20 AM, still more than three hours away from Johannesburg. This means I will not make it to work as planned. Throughout the journey, there has been no communication from the company or staff to explain the repeated delays. Even in Bloemfontein, the bus stopped without any clear reason.This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would rather use a taxi in the future than rely on your buses.I request that you review this matter and provide an explanation, as well as consider compensation for the inconvenience caused.
