Don't book this bis

Unreliable,not transparent. I regret booking this bus. It was my first and last time. We were told to get off Park Station to another Apm bus because the bus was not going to Pretoria. Why let people book the destination you are not going. And on top of that the bus driver gave me a bad attitude when I asked him to help me with my luggage.
