Very bad service from Hoover

I bought a hoover rapid carpet washer in Sept 19 which was expensive.Dec 19 the machine didn't work properly after 3 times used .being December holidays I took the machine back to builders warehouse where I bought it.they send it to hoover on4 Jan 20 for repairs. On 24 Feb 20 I went to fetch it at builders.got home and remove the bubble wrap I saw the handle of the machine is damaged and the machine wasn't properly assembled. I took it back to builders and receive it back on 12 Mar 20.Handle still damaged and plastic covers now also damaged.Hoover sucks and very bad after service.i will never by a hoover product again.going to the ombudsman with this
