NO STAR PLEASE. Bought the following carpet cleaner from builders, Rapide Ultra Carpet Washer. According to all the literature supp**** with machine we should use the Hoover Carpet shampoo which is NO WERE TO BE FOUND. Nobody stocks this carpet cleaning liquid. This meaning we cant use the machine. If other shampoo is used there is to much foam and it creates one enormous mess with the carpets. Nobody replies from Hoover to instruct us what to do.
