Hoover wet and dry vacuum complaint!!!

This is a COMPLAINT, not a review. I have been struggling for MONTHS now to get a new battery for my Wet and Dry handheld vacuum HSV 40. NO LUCK. I am VERY disappointed with Hoover's service, as well as Home of Living Brands. VERY UPSET. NO RESPONSE. NO REPLY. NO NOTHING!!!!!!!!
