Hoover Vacuum PET5 motor inferior

I bought a PET5 Hoover Vacuum cleaner, the motor burnt in under 10 minutes. Hoover South Africa apologized but made no effort in Customer Satisfaction and told me to rather buy another brand as they are sure that I don't trust Hoover anymore
