Hoover vacum cleaner only work 2 times

I purchased a upright vacum cleaner from House and Home on 5 Aug 2021. I used it 2 times and the motor burned out. I purchased this product as I needed it to clean my house. House and home Richards Bay did send It back to Hoover and House and home is being given the run around for a credit. In the meantime I the consumer dont have a vacumcleaner . I dont want a new vacumcleaner I would rather iven a mouth want my money back as I have lost trust in your product. I pay top dollar for this as I wanted a good prodct and it was very dissapointed . Im also dissapointed with the call centre at Hovver very rude.
